Requirements Gathering
We partner with resident leadership and engineering teams to identify and document formal requirements, if not presented via RFP. This exercise insures alignment and expectations are clearly understood as to mitigate scope creep and cost overruns.

Design
The Design Phase is comprised of two exercises. One, High Level Design (HLD) document and diagrams to encapsulate architecture and/or framework leveraged for positive change. Two, Low Level Design (LLD) document for addressing specific design requirements.

Stage & Test
Staging designs and infrastructure doesn’t always need to be completed with tangible HW. However, new hardware in any environment requires appropriate assurances. We have virtual, vendor based, and physical environments sufficient for staging and testing.

Deploy & Train
From idea and proof of concept to survey, design, staging and deployment we know what is necessary for successful global implementation of small and large scale communication technologies. We also know training and knowledge sharing are key to sustained success.
